[Julia is sitting on her bunk in her cabin, and she's got a sketch pad on her lap. The sketchpad however is far less important that the skeletal severed arm that's resting around her neck like a bone scarf. There is no way that it should still be connected, let alone moving when Julia speaks, but hey, that's what it's doing.]

Alright assholes, let's make this short and sweet. I'm Julia. Just Julia. Not Jules, Julie or any other stupid nickname that you can come up with. Just Julia. This is Handy.

[The severed arm of Stonewall Jackson waves his bony fingers in greeting.]

Look, it's really fucking dumb that we couldn't figure out who was missing last month because we had no idea who the hell is even on the ship. Let's make this really fucking easy: say who you are, where your cabin is and who your partner is. That way if someone goes wandering off or gets kidnapped or whatever, we at least know what you fucking look like if we're sending out the search party.

[There‘s something quiet in a face that had been light before. ]

[The lightness in her voice definitely doesn't match the steel in her eyes as she peers at the woman through the video screen.]

People do tend to call demons monsters, don't they? And then they pay me to get rid of them.

[She merely tilts her head. Not everyone likes demon hunters, but they usually understand the need for them. No matter it wasn't like she was expecting to make friends easily.]

Demon hunter huh? How many demons have you killed.

[It's interested, but the words are also breezy as well, because she's interested but she doesn't honestly care that much.]

I suppose I should make it clear I am not in fact a demon.

Don't know. I've never really bothered to keep count.

[She shrugs a little. She probably should have kept count, but their numbers seem endless so what would be the point?]

To be fair they usually say that themselves when wearing human form. You'll forgive me if I have my doubts, I hope.

Well, I can't blame you for that reaction. But unless you happen to be a very well-powered ghost, or an angel doing god knows what down here with us mortals, most of the other creatures don't exist outside of myth where I'm from.

It's really kind of annoying not to be I was on my way to a job.

Well that’s good to know at least. If he shows up give me a warning. I’ll drag him into them.

He might crack a couple of inappropriate jokes if you did. But you wouldn't be alone in dragging him to a shower.
