Gooooood morning passengers! Time to rise and shine - with a very important Navi announcement incoming:

Attention, passengers.
We'll be landing soon on the planet Trelnar,
near Vivamion City.
We'll be docked for three weeks, local time,
which coincides with the city’s annual winter festival.
Should you require any weather-appropriate clothing,
I will handle the bill for your expenses.
Please stand by for atmospheric entry.

Have fun! As Navi said in their message, any passenger who requires a warm winter coat, scarf, hat, gloves, and/or boots before joining the festivities will be able to select such items from one of the shops near the docks, charged to Navi’s account. Passengers will also find a bank counter just past the docking terminal, where your new windfall of Navigems can be exchanged for credits (the universal currency). Try not to spend it all in one place!

Ella’s voice in response is very bright and happy and she gives him a rather large grin as she pronounced it exactly: “coquito. It’s a drink from home. It’s really alcoholic but it’s made with rum and coconut and cinnamon and condensed milk. It’s totally a Christmas drink and it’s amazing.” Is Ella more than a little tipsy? Yes she sure is. Is she also brimming with holiday joy? Yes, she sure is doing that too.

“I really can’t believe how good they got it to taste here. Like I’m pretty sure that the ingredients aren’t common here and stuff but damn if they didn’t manage it!l

"Sounds pretty good if you ask me, I mean, I know some of those things." Prompto chuckled a little bit.

"Bet it'd go good with a nice garula steak. Best alcohol I've had in awhile was some really strong moonshine Gladio made up."

"What kind of an animal is a garula?" Ella is definitely a little bit tipsy, so she does in fact offer him the cup without any thought to how weird it could be considered. For her it's just another aspect of feeding people that she does aboard the ship.

"Seriously. Have a sip. It is just. so wicked good."

"Huge creature, about...oh I dunno, the size of a truck? Big tusks and patchy fur. Tastes really good."

It was kind of like an elephant that tasted like steak.

"Sure, thanks." Prompto grinned and took a sip. "Whoa, that is pretty good!" He offered the drink back to her. "Is it like a mixed drink or something?"

"Wow. They sound like a buffalo or a moose or something. I've had bison but never moose. It was good though." Ella is easy and bright and full of cheer, as she nods eagerly. "Yep! Rum and coconut milk and cinnamon and condensed milk and then they let it sit to get even more boozy. This one's pretty great but not as good as my Tio Mikey makes it. His is legendary. Like getting drunk off of that and having a hangover from it is a right of passage in my family."

"I'll take your word for it." He smiled a little bit and nodded. "Sounds pretty good. I wouldn't mind a drink. Where'd you get it?"

It was way better than any of the moonshine he could get his hands on.

"Is that a normal family tradition or something?" He asked, chuckling.

Ella gestures back towards the rows of stands that were lining the street, and she gives him a grin. "I'll head back over there with you if you want. I definitely want another one." The rum is making her stomach warm, and her body loose, which is something that she's really glad for because she needs it, because all of this is just reminding her how much she misses being home even if her family drives her insane sometimes.

"Yep! A lot of latino families have traditions similar to it. It's practically legendary in my family. My Tio Armand tried to sue for the recipe when he and my Tia Isabella got divorced. It was like this whole huge mess of a thing."

"Thanks!" Prompto said, with a little finger gun. He was still kind of a dork, even a decade after the last time he did these things.

"I'm not sure I know what you mean, but that sounds nice. I don't have any traditions like that. My family and I weren't close, but this reminds me of Starlight. I always went to look at lights, or go to the night market that kind of thing."
