event } was there somethin' that made you come back again?

WHO: Everyone!
WHAT: Missing passengers return to Navi, trauma recovery begins (or not).
WHERE: Anywhere on Navi.
WHEN: March 21 until the next event (date TBD)
WARNINGS: Add these to your comment subject lines as needed! And if you end up getting lovingly strangled by another passenger, please record it on the death page.

There’s no fanfare to signal the return of passengers who’ve been missing for the past few weeks, just a sudden influx of familiar faces, returned to their respective cabins like they never left. Anything that was on their person at the time when the shift occurred came along for the ride, so those bellbottoms from the magic closet? Yeah, you’re stuck with them now.

Another thing the returning passengers will be stuck with is their memories of their time in Xanadu. Add those to the memories of their time on Navi, before their “death,” which have all now been restored. Ain’t the multiverse a wacky little thing?

Have fun getting to know your new neighbors and reuniting with old friends! Oh, and watch out for goose droppings - the feathered menace’s reign of terror hasn’t entirely been cleaned up yet.

While he had been making tea, Alex had taken a shower. Given the state of her sleep and how she'd always needed to scrounge around for it, she could shower incredibly quickly, including washing her hair. It's a skill that she's definitely thrown herself into today and when Jon knocks on her door it's only a minute before Alex opens it. She's changed obviously and while she's not quite in her normal uniform as it were (slacks, button down, cardigan etc) she is relieved to be wearing an oversized shirt and leggings. Her hair is still sopping when Alex opens the door with one hand, before she finishes winding her wet hair into a tight and long braid.

Stepping back to let him in, Alex just shrugs a bit and answers the question that he doesn't actually ask her because it's just the sort of thing that she would have done anyway. "I've definitely woken up more than a few times convinced that I've ended the world. Those are definitely worse than dying and coming back." Because dying is just her, and she's really not all that important in the scheme of things: just a reporter with a show and a few friends. Everything else is the whole damned world.

Ah yes, that sense of responsibility for the entire world - Jon knows this quite well. He may not be in a place to directly cause the end of the world yet, but he's in a unique position to stop others from causing it. And he still has lingering doubts about whether he and the rest of Team Magnus were successful in their attempt to stop The Unknowing.

"I, erm ... " he starts quietly, and gives Alex a thin smile. "I know what you mean." Welp, distraction time starts now. He holds up the tray and asks: "Where should I set this?"
