[Hello, passengers! Hope you're all ready for an announcement, 'cause Navi's voice is getting beamed into your head right about ... now.]

Attention, passengers.
We'll be landing soon on the planet Umora, at Kupra City.
We'll be docked for two weeks, local time.
Please stand by for atmospheric entry.

[Is it just your imagination, or does Navi sound more tired than normal? Either way, it's now time to BUCKLE IN, CHAPS. It's not a particularly rough landing, just your standard amount of turbulence, though it may seem a little jarring to those who aren't used to space travel.

Upon docking underwater and disembarking, passengers will find a bank counter just past the terminal, where your new windfall of Navigems can be exchanged for credits (the universal currency).

Have fun! And do try not to drown … ]

Hey, he's not an asshole. Well he sometimes isn't. Usually when he is it's just about money or valuables, like it is right now. He doesn't appreciate how she just attacked him based on being a demon, and at the moment he doesn't see any real reason to try to appeal to Lady. He just wants to get his greed on, and maybe screw her over a bit if he can.

The group shifts into a locker room and begins stripping down and stepping into frogsuits. Mammon follows suit, stripping his clothes for a locker before slipping into the wetsuit and equipment. He'd only vaguely listened to how it operated, but it couldn't go too badly. Right? After all, the employee who makes the rounds and briefly assesses them all gives him the thumbs-up.

As they prepare to enter the water Mammon hesitates. He thinks hard for a second, then sends a thought to Lady:

"Hey, if anything happens, I'll bring you back."

Says the asshole. Demons in her world are generally a lot more stabby and a lot less cowardly. Granted there are exceptions to the rule, but she doubts he's gathering demon parts to raise a long-sealed demon king to take its powers too. If only because he seemed genuinely distressed that she attacked him on top of surprise. And his opportunistic side could use some serious work.

Of course, she doesn't expect that the little trip to the locker room would result in her locker being next to his. Just what she needs. Keep her eyes straight ahead she changes from her regular clothes and into the wetsuit and dive gear. Remind her why she's doing this again? Oh yeah, it looked interesting in a touristy sort of way. Only to glance his way at the thought.

"Yeah well same."

She moves past him and enters the water. It's not like it'll keep them from communicating and what else was she supposed to say? Thanks?

She's stuck with the wrong demon for stabbiness. And the wrong demon for gathering demon parts to raise a demon-king to steal from, because anything he'd want to steal from a long-sealed demon king is probably easier to get to without them there to defend it. And his opportunistic side is just fine, thank you very much!

He refuses to glance over at her, focusing entirely on his own suit. Damn, this thing isn't very roomy...and all he gets is a bag, not even pockets? How's he going to haul back all the treasure he finds?

"Yeah right. You'd leave me out there in a heartbeat." He has no idea how well she can handle herself, but even if he knew, he'd be skeptical she'd help. Not that he needs it, of course!

Well the stabbiness wouldn't be overly helpful if he were stabbing her. And she's quite happy he isn't into stealing powers from long-sealed demons kings. Somehow she doesn't think Navi would appreciate that anyway. Especially when it tends to involve a lot of destruction of the immediate area of where the ritual is taking place. She has her doubts still about his opportunistic side.

It's a mutual refusal to look at the other as they change. She's not shy but this still isn't her idea of fun on a regular day. (Okay she catches a glimpse for a moment out of the corner of her eye as he's trying to get it over his shoulders once his arms are in the sleeves. Just she's going to pretend she didn't, nothing to see there.)

"I wouldn't actually." And since that's dangerously close to saying she wouldn't leave anyone from the ship behind (yet) she continues, "Why would I want to litter a perfectly good ocean?"
