Hello, passengers! Hope you're all ready for an announcement, 'cause Navi's voice is getting beamed into your head right about ... now:

Attention, passengers.
We'll be docking soon at the city of New Ecrillion, on the planet Zegnolia, where we will remain for approximately three weeks, local time.
Please stand by.

From the announcement until landing, to help everyone adjust to the new environment, Navi will gift all passengers with a a faint hummed melody.

Upon docking and disembarking, passengers will find a bank counter just past the terminal, where your new windfall of Navigems can be exchanged for credits (the universal currency). Try not to spend it all in one place!

Now, go get your groove on! Just remember to take breaks to hydrate.

Julia laughs, she can't help it. The ship has been harder than she'd liked since Harry and any number of partners had gone and fucked off on her, but at least there's Jack. Jack is probably one of the only reasons that she's definitely not thrown herself into doing something exceptionally stupid that may or may not increase the hold of a Certain Dread power on her...soul? Whatever it was that they happened to get a hold of when someone made the choice to become an avatar.

"I'm definitely the Big Bad Wolf, sweetie. Who else would I be?" A shrug with a drop of a shoulder that exposes a bit of skin underneath the coat. "Hmm. Black would probably look better. And it definitely carries a sexier vibe with it."

"You make anything look good," Lucifer comments lightly. "But you may be right about the black. With red silk accents, perhaps. A strategic splash of color never goes amiss."

"Why do you think I wear so much red lipstick? Other than looking so damned good, I mean?" Julia preens a bit before she drops the coat off her shoulders, giving it a spin to rest on her arm. She's not quite naked, but near enough though it's definitely not an attempt at seduction. Both Lucifer and herself are taken, and Julia has needed to be used to getting naked so she didn't wreck all of her clothing when she transformed. That would get expensive.

"Hand me the black, would you, sweetie?"

"It suits you, but then, just about anything suits you, clearly," Lucifer says. She really did find the best shopping partner - he's appreciative, and not at all embarrassed by her near-nudity, but he's also clearly not interested in fondling, groping or otherwise making any kind of come-on.

He'd only do that if the Detective was down for a threesome.

He finds the black fur easily, and hands it over without any fuss. It helps that he's got zero problem with nudity in general. Clothing is a human invention and sometimes a very nice one, but it's not necessary.

"The black is quite striking," he says thoughtfully. "Sets off your complexion very well."

And Julia would only really be trying if both Chloe and Jack were down for an orgy. But being as Jack is a lesbian, Jules wouldn't even ask. Besides, she's happy where she is--Jack is plenty for her and she's happy. It's surprising that she would find someone she tolerated here enough to date, never mind like but Julia isn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Maybe she's getting some sort of reward for saving the world after all, even if it's one that's just temporary on the ship. But temporary is better than nothing and Jules knows it.

Still, when Lucifer hands her the black, Julia's delicate nose crinkles upwards and she lets out a scowl. "Wow, I don't know what that was but it definitely reeks. Maybe no furs for me."

A pause, and Julia looks to the leather and picks up a corset. "Now this on the other hand..."

“Hm.” Lucifer gives the offending fur a sniff and shrugs. Werewolves, he supposes, have a better sense of smell than him. Makes sense.

“Oh, that does look nice,” he says. “So is there anyone you’re trying to impress, or is this all simply for the public good?”

Just making friendly conversation!

"A little of A, a little of B honestly." Julia slips the dress on, and she asks: "zip me up?" And then she grins at the devil, her eyes bright. "First official date with someone on the ship. Always want to look my best for that you know? Hence why my first stop ended up being with the lingerie store down the street. Highly recommend, you know if you're doing some shopping in that department." Without mentioning who might be wearing it, because Jules doesn't judge in that way. But she does gesture downward to a good amount of bags that are clearly from an upscale place.

"Not that you need any help of course, but if you want a shopping buddy there, I'm down."

“Ooh, congrats,” Lucifer says, delighted as he zips her up. If she wants to tell him more, he’ll absolutely listen, but he’s also not one to push (not when he can gush about his own relationship, that is). “The Detective and I are going to do something similar. I wouldn’t mind your input, actually. A first real date, hopefully with no interruptions. We’ve traditionally had bad luck in that arena.”

Admittedly it’s often their own fault for being idiots but yeah, they’ve never really managed a full date.

“Is this your first go-round with monogamy as well?” He asks, curious.

"Yeah, we've been waiting for this date for a while. Not the same aboard a space ship you know?" Cause of course it's not. And Julia is the sort of person who likes to take her person out and go all out. "I've got a reservation at a romantic looking place a few streets over and the menu doesn't seem too crazy. Last thing I want is for her to have some sort of allergic reaction or something, you know?" Julia shrugs because honestly it's not something that she worries about for herself. Being a werewolf does have some really good points.

At the monogamy question, Julia just gives an easy shrug that's coupled with the same sort of grin that she'd given Lucifer when she'd mentioned not unlocking her tragic backstory. "Not the first time, but the first time with someone who... Well, never mind. I wasn't monogamous with David either, not like that. He just happened to be the person who was the most important in my life and all of my relationships came after him. But we never really got shit figured out before."

"You want to take her out on the town, do something really memorable," Lucifer says thoughtfully, nodding. That's precisely what he wants to do for Chloe. #Relatable.

"I hooked back up with my ex for a while, there," he adds after a moment. "Though it was less like dating and more like a months-long sex party. The Detective is... different. Special. And while she would look amazing in nothing but a fur coat, I suspect she wouldn't be interested in wearing it." Not that she's not capable of dressing up sometimes! "Anyway, monogamy: a new but not terribly challenging concept for me, as it turns out."

"Yeah, exactly." Definitely relatable even if Julia doesn't particularly ever want to do it when it comes to other relationships that she's had in her life. Nope, normally she doesn't give a fuck about that thing in any way, but with Jack it's different. It's different and a little scary that way but there's no way in hell that she'd say that to anyone who is here currently. Once, she might have said it to Harry (cause one doesn't save the world with someone and not become close to them. Close enough to be the best man at his wedding as a matter of fact) but he's not here anymore.

"Probably not terribly challenging for me, but we'll see. I mean, I tend to be really shit at you know all the feelings bullshit." From the woman who is alternately cracking jokes and sharp teeth? I am Jack's complete lack of surprise. "But I guess the difference is that for her I'm willing to try you know? Like you and your Detective."

"Yes. Yes, precisely," Lucifer says. "It seems we've both found someone worth trying for. Congratulations are in order."

He grins, pleased to have found something of a kindred spirit. "You'll have to show me the restaurant where you have reservations. It might be good for the Detective and me as well."

It will definitely not be a double-date, though.

"Of course, wouldn't dream of not sharing." Julia knows it's not a double date. While she may be new to this whole monogamy thing, one thing that she's definitely not over (and probably never will be considering who she is) is selfish. She doesn't want a double date, and she doesn't want to share this new experience with anyone else. So, she's going to just smile and nod, because restaurants like this are special and Julia likes Lucifer, even if she doesn't want to bang him.
