event } it's time to woof and tell!
WHO: All of Navi’s passengers, old and new.
WHAT: Thawing out and spilling beans.
WHERE: Anywhere on Navi.
WHEN: Now until Nov. 12.
WARNINGS: Add these to your comment subject lines as needed! And if you literally die of embarrassment after telling on yourself, please report it on the death page.
WAKEY WAKEY.
Well, passengers, it’s been a while, hasn’t it? Just how long is uncertain, but as you stumble out of your cryopods and back into the waking realm, you’re certain to feel that some amount of time has passed. If asked, Navi isn’t much help in determining the details, but they do sound to be in a remarkably chipper mood. Sounds like someone woke up on the right side of the void of space!
The Navidrones are a little more helpful, at least with respect to practical matters, appearing from wherever it is they store themselves with blankets in tow for those who’ve begun to thaw out. If you want a warm beverage, however, you’ll need to procure that yourself. Luckily, the kitchen is just a quick lift ride up!
WOOF AND TELL.
There’s a stowaway on the ship! Or rather, many stowaways, in the shape of adorable tiny wolflike creatures, and they begin to appear in Navi’s public spaces shortly after passengers return to consciousness. Sometimes they even turn up in not-so-public spaces, like passenger cabins. But surely you don’t mind, right? Look how cute they are! They just want to love you! How can you deny them a good cuddle or play session?
Mind the teeth, though. Even though their bites are playful and don’t cause injury, these pups can certainly cause a different kind of damage …

At least there wasn't much of a wound on his hand so he took it back after a moment's quiet.
"I don't think many animals like Nobodies."

He looked at Demyx again, tilting his head slightly. “Maybe. I can’t say I interacted with them much as one - and yet. Your heart has surely been regrowing. I wonder if there’s a threshold where things … tip over, so to speak.”

He tilted his head in Ienzo's direction. "What makes you think my heart's doing anything except sitting...wherever he hid it?"
no subject
Ienzo told him, a little surprised this hadn’t come up before, “Research, of course. Our hearts aren’t gone forever. Even if you aren’t … recompleted as violently as some of us were.”
As he had been. “Even and my studies have demonstrated that our hearts, for example even my own heart … before I became myself again … regrow. It’s gradual, and it takes some time. But of course, that sort of evidence had been hidden from us by him.”

"But you got your heart back, didn't you? That's why you're you."
At the proper mention of him he let out a sarcastic muttering. "Yeah, hiding things, so unlike him."
Demyx put his hand to his mouth however and chuckled. "If he asks...well he's not going to ask, is he?" That wasn't what he meant to say, actually. He meant to laugh it off as a mistake. He didn't mean to make that mistake in the first place. Demyx's brow furrowed slightly.

Blinking at him, he swallowed a little. It's difficult to say his name, but that's ridiculous. Not only was he Ienzo now - but he's gone. All versions of him. And he wouldn't be returning, they were - they were certain. "Xehanort's not going to ask. All versions of him are gone - we don't have to worry about him anymore."
