event } let me show you the world in my eyes
WHO: Everykitty on Navi.
WHAT: A good old-fashioned swap of bods!
WHERE: Anywhere on Navi.
WHEN: Starting right meow, lasting until Feb. 28.
WARNINGS: Add these to your comment subject lines as needed! And if you accidentally fall down the stairs and break your neck while you acclimate to your new body, please report it on the death page.
My, these nebular clouds are beginning to be something of a semi-regular pest, aren’t they? Too bad there’s no real way to predict where they’ll appear and which ones will cause a strange effect. Space is just wacky like that!
This time, when Navi’s flight path enters this particular nebular cloud, you may find yourself nodding off. Don’t fight it - naps are always a good decision. But when you eventually wake, it may not be in your own cabin. You might feel … a little strange, like your once-familiarflesh prison body has become a foreign territory. A look in the mirror will confirm that your current body is indeed not your own.
That’s right - you’ve just been Freaky Friday-ed! Enjoy the ride, because you won’t be switching back any time soon.

His eyes narrow, "Why did you dress me like that? It looks ridiculous. And trust me if I could I would. There's such a...a flood of information. I was - I keep looking at me and trying to figure out just what I am."
He pauses, "Alex. Alex. Where's Alex." His wings flutter - on some other plane he feels them - and he looks around panicked, "She can't see us like this! I'm taking you back to my room and you're dressing right. And I'll...I'll..."
Fuck.
He glares, then lowers his gaze, "Please help me."
It's too much.

He looks defensive, lips pursing into a thin line. "Your clothes are also unwieldly." Listen, there's a reason his outfits consist of mostly one monotone color with a lot of layers and pockets. Because he's a disaster that doesn't understand how fashion works.
Ah, Alex, he frowns and looks very slightly uncomfortable. "...Given that I have your vessel, and you have my vessel, it is likely that Alex is currently Jon." He's pretty sure Richard can guess how he knows that.
He's not going to answer the question of what Richard is. While the Sight does give an abundance of information, it is his millennia of experience that gives context to that information. The plea for help however does have him softening some. This is hard, Murmur can only imagine how hard it must be for Richard experiencing such an alien life. This mortal thing is certainly taxing and terrifying for Murmur.
"I'll do what I can. Fortunately it appears the warding is holding. You shouldn't spontaneously erupt and destroy us all."
